We are, along with many Foodbanks, experiencing increasing shortages of stock and so are looking forward greatly to our next special collection day at Tesco, Kew. This will be held on Friday, June 15th and any support you and your friends can give us by donating on that day will be most welcome.
But you don’t have to wait until then! Our regular collection points throughout the Borough are listed here on our website https://southport.foodbank.org.uk/give-help/donate-food/ and, although we may not have anyone personally standing by them to thank you, we are most grateful to all of you. Without you, we could not help those local families that we do.
We are currently short of many items including, particularly, fruit juice or squash, tinned meat for heating, pasta sauce, custard, savoury packets, shampoo, shower gel, deodorants, toilet rolls – in fact almost any tinned or packeted food except beans, soup, tinned fruit and pasta – which we currently have a good supply of.
